For turbines with a vertical axis of rotation of the blade is proposed that consists of three membranes A, B and C listed in the blade design FIG.

During all phases of rotation the wind acts on the outer and inner surfaces of the membranes. This increases the area in which the impact of the wind. This design increases the torque. With respect to the location of the membrane C to membranes A and B can rotate the wind stream and creates additional thrust to the blade in the respective phases of rotation. If A membrane hinge is provided, it will move away from the membrane C or approaching it, depending on the wind direction. This change in the geometry of the blade in different phases of rotation increases the efficiency of the turbine. To prevent membrane A strike membrane C and limit the movement of the membrane A magnetic theft formed permanent magnets embedded in the membrane. To stabilize the rotation of the generator and increase the stability of the vertical design uses a flywheel, which is a toroidal shell filled with antifreeze. After starting the turbine in the fluid chamber is set in motion gradually. The loss of energy of the wind is insignificant. Thus, the chamber and the fluid form a flywheel device which is the disappearance or weakening of the wind maintains its inertia rotation of the generator. For even more effective wind energy conversion into electricity is proposed to further use magnetic bearings. This will reduce the pressure on the generator rotor thrust bearing installation, and thus increase the rotational speed of the generator.
There is another structural feature that allows you to increase the efficiency of the turbine and get more energy from solar panels. For this purpose on the turbine installed roof consisting of six panels. Each panel represents an equilateral triangle. The photograph shows that one corner of each panel is raised. This roof structure contributes to start at low wind speeds and no resistance to rotation of the turbine at high wind speeds. If these panels will convert solar energy into electrical energy, we obtain another source of renewable energy. In the event of hurricane panels on the roof lowered, the roof becomes flat, and the edges of the turbine closed.
From above-mentioned we can see, that there is a high potential for the development of the proposed system, and using the software, you can get a controllable source of renewable energy.
